Overview: - Senior Sales Enablement Lead, EMEA role at StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform. - Responsible for identifying performance gaps and partnering with Sales Leaders for improvements. - Acts as a bridge between global strategy and local execution. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance gaps in EMEA regions. - Recommend and implement tailored enablement solutions. - Co-build bespoke enablement content with global and regional teams. - Build collaborative relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners. - Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize enablement programs. - Oversee the planning and execution of GTM enablement launches. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement at a regional level. - Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs with measurable results. - Strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of industry trends. - Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. - Knowledge of enablement tools and platforms like Sales Navigator, AI solutions, Gong. - Self-starter mindset, organizational and project management skills. - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
