Assistant Account Manager

Overview: - Join the dynamic Supply team as an Assistant Account Manager at Super.com. - Work remotely from Spain, with a strong preference for the Balearic and Canary Islands. - Engage in supplier relationship management and develop data analysis and business strategy skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of supplier relationships and internal procedures. - Leverage data analysis tools to identify supplier performance trends and growth opportunities. - Monitor technical performance metrics to ensure service delivery. - Support Account Managers with presentations, meetings, and client deliverables. - Respond to client inquiries, manage expectations, and implement growth plans. - Shadow senior team members to build foundational skills in managing client relationships. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in business strategy, partnership management, or data analysis. - Demonstrated internal curiosity and drive to learn about business optimization. - Comfort with data analysis and basic spreadsheet functions. - Strong adaptability and ability to excel in ambiguous situations. - Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic in a remote environment. - Excellent summarization skills and professional proficiency in English and Spanish. - Preferred: Business degree (College or University).
