Senior Data Analyst - Travel

**Overview:** - Super.com aims to maximize lives for customers and employees. - Data Analyst role within Travel Analytics team. - Drives business strategy and growth through data analysis. - Influences key decisions to improve products and user experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Champion a data-driven culture and decision-making. - Manage and organize data for reporting and production. - Develop visualizations for tracking key performance metrics. - Deliver presentations to guide stakeholders' decisions. - Solve complex business questions with advanced quantitative analysis. - Ensure statistical rigor in experiments and recommendations. - Work with various technologies for data storage, version control, and more. - Align with hyper-growth culture and communicate complex problems simply. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 2+ years experience with mainstream dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker). - Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, mathematics, or relevant field. - Solid understanding of pricing mechanics and A/B testing. - Strong SQL skills, familiarity with DBT, and experience with Git. - Intermediate Python skills for data science and process automation. - Experience in the travel industry or start-up environment. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Preferably located in Eastern time zone within Canada. - Experience with Amplitude or equivalent web data platform. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $107,000 - $164,000 a year. - Remote work flexibility. - Unlimited PTO, recharge days, travel discounts, UberEats credit, annual company offsites. - Competitive salary packages, equity options, wellness budgets, personal and team-level development budgets. - Parental leave and flexible return-to-work plan. - Equal opportunity employer with no discrimination based on various personal attributes. - Accommodations available upon request for the selection process.
