CRO Specialist

Overview: - Seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist for a remote, full-service e-commerce CRO agency. - Responsible for driving optimization efforts, conducting audits, implementing strategic changes, and leading client discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth audits using qualitative and quantitative data. - Lead client calls with insights and strategic recommendations. - Maintain top-tier client communication and ensure alignment with goals. - Oversee task pipelines and meet project deadlines. - Manage and mentor team members for collaboration and accountability. - Proficient in Google Analytics, VWO, Shopify, Heatmap tools, and familiar with UX principles. - Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO best practices. - Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of CRO experience with measurable outcomes. - Strong client management and team leadership experience. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - CXL certification preferred. - Analytical skills, problem-solving, and proactive nature. - Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Figma. - Competent in managing multiple projects and possessing organizational skills.
