Head of Growth

Overview: - Seeking dynamic Head of Growth to accelerate user base growth for an AI-powered writing tool. - Responsible for top-of-funnel strategies across organic, search, affiliate, and paid channels. - Aims to significantly impact product growth and user acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Drive top-of-funnel growth and measure it by new paying subscribers. - Build and execute a roadmap of experiments in existing and new channels. - Test and scale up impactful channels with contractors or agencies. - Accelerate work in paid marketing, SEO, affiliate, conversion-rate optimization, and influencer marketing. - Conduct quantitative research to address growth questions and present findings. - Coordinate with product and engineering teams for growth-oriented product changes. - Manage agencies and contractors, handle recruiting, negotiation, and communication. - Report learnings to founders and team regularly. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 7+ years experience as a growth leader for a B2C consumer product, with founder experience being a plus. - World-class understanding of at least 1-2 quantitative channels (SEO, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media). - Significant experience in 3-4 other channels (viral, PLG, content). - Expert understanding of consumer lifecycle analytics and metrics. - Advanced technical and quantitative skills, including data pipelines and query running. - Excellent written communication skills. - Ability to propose impactful projects and solutions. - Significant overlap with US time zones. - Love for writing and connection to the writing community. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 per year. - Full-time, long-term position with remote work. - Work from Monday through Friday, EST. - Additional perks and benefits not specified.
