Project Manager

Overview: - Remote Project Manager role at a US-based digital marketing agency. - Manages projects across client roster, internal processes, and client satisfaction. - Responsible for project timelines, communications, and change management. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various teams to define projects, scope, and timelines. - Own project processes, manage tasks, and proactively handle client inquiries. - Assess new requests for feasibility and solutions-driven execution. - Lead new projects, create plans, manage budgets, and coordinate staffing. - Identify risks, improve efficiency, and document best practices. - Oversee contractors and vendors, handle deliverables, and budget alignment. - Support Client Services with project updates and time tracking. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field. - 3+ years of project management experience with U.S. clients and remote teams. - Strong attention to detail, ethical approach, and team-oriented mindset. - Experience managing video, photo, and social content production. - Excellent prioritization, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana) and Excel/Sheets. - Knowledge of social media content production and creative production preferred. - Ability to structure client requests into tasks with clear dependencies and milestones. - Proficient with Agile or Waterfall; PMP certification preferred. - Solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and proactive communication skills.
