Overview: - Join a company focused on transforming memories into keepsakes. - Work with creativity, nostalgia, and heart to celebrate life's moments. - Customer Experience Agent role to engage and support customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries via various communication channels. - Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and upsell products. - Maintain customer and business partner relationships, informing them of new offerings. - Clearly convey product benefits, address concerns, and negotiate terms. - Assist with payments, administer refunds, and prepare sales agreements. - Collaborate with management on product and policy updates. - Record and maintain customer interaction records. - Meet qualitative and quantitative targets, performance standards, and attendance expectations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalency. - Fluency in English. - Ability to handle multiple communication channels. - High level of integrity and ownership. - Quick learner and adaptable to new information. - Product knowledge and ability to emphasize features. - Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and active listening skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. - Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary for a full-time, long-term position. - Option to work from home. - Additional perks (specific perks not detailed). - Independent contractor agreement with TLNT required. - Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm - EST.
