Email Marketing Account Manager

**Overview:** - Join a digital advertising and retention marketing firm specializing in B2B and B2C growth. - Work with multiple brands to coordinate email campaigns and improve performance. - Develop strategic marketing calendars and automated email flows. - Manage and train a team of email marketing specialists and graphic designers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate bi-weekly or monthly meetings with 13-18+ brands. - Monitor and recommend improvements for email campaigns. - Develop and implement strategic marketing calendars. - Conduct client proposals for customized campaign strategies. - Strategize and implement A/B testing for messaging and imagery. - Design and develop engaging email campaigns. - Oversee and train a team of international designers. - Assist creative partners in organizing assets and creating designs. - Implement assets into client email strategies. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 4+ years of email design experience at an eCommerce brand or agency. - 4+ years of experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with creative partners. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with data reporting. - Experience leading and managing a team of designers. - Creative problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Integrity, optimism, and respect. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year. - Remote work opportunity in the USA & Canada. - Full-time, long-term position. - Work from home, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. - Benefits include dental care, paid time off, and vision care.
