Email Marketing Manager

**Overview:** - Join a digital advertising and retention marketing firm specializing in B2B and B2C growth. - Part of a team with a track record of generating over $1B in revenue. - Focus on email and SMS marketing, creativity, and strategy for various industries. - Client-facing role with emphasis on marketing strategy, copywriting, and design. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate email campaigns and review results with multiple brands. - Develop and implement strategic marketing calendars for ROI and customer lifetime value. - Conduct client proposals for customized campaign strategies. - Manage and train a team of email marketing specialists and graphic designers. - Generate eCommerce KPIs and improve campaign performance. - Design and execute email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. - Implement A/B testing for messaging and imagery. - Oversee international designers and assist creative partners. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging campaigns. - Stay updated with email design trends and best practices. - Research and develop strategic lifecycle marketing programs. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 4+ years of email design experience at an eCommerce brand or agency. - 4+ years of experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with creative partners. - Detail-oriented, process-building, and proactive problem-solving capabilities. - Experience leading and managing a team of designers. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment. - Integrity, optimism, and respect in all situations. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year. - Remote work opportunity in the USA & Canada. - Full-time, long-term position. - Work from home with regular business hours. - Benefits include dental care, paid time off, and vision care.
