Overview: - Data-driven digital advertising and retention marketing firm - Specializes in profitable growth for B2B and B2C partners - Proven track record of generating over $1B in trackable revenue - Fast-paced, results-focused environment Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies - Own performance marketing efforts for customer acquisition and optimization - Build and execute A/B testing strategies for conversion rate improvement - Analyze customer data and market trends for growth opportunities - Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals - Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns for lead nurturing and retention - Optimize website performance through CRO - Track and report on key performance metrics Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing - Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools - Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta - Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement - Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) - Ability to develop compelling content and messaging for target audiences - Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and iterate quickly - Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment (Nice to Have) - Knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies (Nice to Have) - Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for landing page optimization (Nice to Have) Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Full-time, long-term position - Work from home option - Monday through Friday during regular business hours
