Overview: - Creative, design-forward company specializing in high-quality outdoor furniture. - Focus on innovation, craftsmanship, and hospitality industry understanding. - Expanding company presence in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. - Develop potential client pipelines and contribute to brand growth. - Build relationships leading to new business opportunities and partnerships. - Conduct research for potential leads within the hospitality industry. - Engage with prospects through various communication channels. - Maintain a database of qualified leads. - Collaborate with corporate partner and sales teams on outreach strategies. - Schedule meetings or presentations between leads and sales team. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Meet or exceed lead generation targets. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience in lead generation or sales, especially in hospitality or furniture industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools. - Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of trade and contract sectors is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary. - Full-time, long-term position. - Work from home option. - Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - CST. - Additional perks (specific perks not detailed).
