Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end talent acquisition and build scalable strategies for sourcing and vetting top finance talent globally. - Establish and test channels for talent sourcing across various regions. - Drive the vetting process to identify high-quality finance & accounting talent. - Set and track key performance metrics for talent sourcing & vetting. - Work closely with founders and engineering team to build automation & efficiencies into the talent acquisition process. - Build out and manage a team of talent acquisition experts. - Assist with recruiting talent for internal roles. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4-5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior capacity. - Proven ability to source high-quality talent at high volume using active and passive techniques. - Experience vetting & interviewing talent, and developing sourcing channels & strategies. - Experience using data to inform talent sourcing & acquisition strategies. - Understanding of key HR tools for talent acquisition processes. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Preference for experience in finance & accounting recruiting.
