Key Responsibilities: - Account Manager for Global Account Management team, driving business growth by expanding relationships with existing merchants and converting new leads into long-term partners. - Identify high-potential opportunities within current accounts and new business from eCommerce businesses. - Act as a strategic partner, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. - Lead negotiations, present tailored solutions, and design upselling/cross-selling strategies. - Represent Unlimit globally in client interactions and industry events. - Advocate for the client's needs and feedback. - Contribute to a supportive, high-energy environment and collaborate across teams and geographies. - Innovate and evolve the company's approach to payments and customer success. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Results-driven commercial leader with experience in account management, business development, or partnerships. - Confident negotiator with the ability to navigate complex conversations and close strategic deals. - Passionate about eCommerce, digital innovation, and the future of payments, especially in emerging markets. - Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and sees opportunity where others see complexity. - Globally minded collaborator with a strong personal network or ambition to build one.
