Senior Director, Demand Generation

Overview: - Versapay is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to redefine working capital for midmarket businesses. - The ideal candidate will challenge norms, think differently, and drive transformational growth for Versapay and its customers. - The role involves managing demand generation programs, utilizing data insights, and working closely with internal and external resources. Key Responsibilities: - Own execution of online and offline demand generation programs for substantial pipeline generation. - Track and measure program impact, optimize initiatives using data insights. - Create compelling content and messaging tailored by audience and funnel stage. - Build strategy to target Ideal Customer Profile and key personas using various resources. - Manage 3rd party agencies for media deployment across demand generation creative execution and channels. - Work with Sales and Revenue Operations teams for lead follow-up and opportunity progression. - Oversee management of Versapay's website and web assets to optimize the web experience and drive lead conversion. - Develop and manage the prospect database strategy for marketing campaigns. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing. - 4+ years of experience managing a demand generation team. - Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline and bookings goals. - Experience in multi-channel marketing tactics, including SEM/SEO, Webinars, Content, Direct Mail, Display Advertising, and Radio/Podcast. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot/HubSpot/Marketo, and ABM programs. - Ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation. - Strong program management skills, attention to detail, and ability to articulate plans to leadership. - Willingness to learn, go fast, and generate results quickly. - Commitment to Versapay's core values of excellence, inclusivity, and accessibility.
