Senior Software Engineer - React

**Overview:** - Versapay offers a suite for Accounts Receivable Efficiency to automate invoice-to-cash processes. - Integrates with top ERPs and supports B2B payments. - Facilitates 110M+ transactions and $170B+ in payments volume annually. - Values customer obsession, teamwork, diversity, innovation, and accountability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and test product features meeting business and technical requirements. - Support planning, scoping, design, and implementation of new features. - Estimate deadlines methodically based on iterative learning. - Triage and address performance and data integrity concerns. - Collaborate with various teams on features, support cases, and technical decision-making. - Engage in critical R&D for scalability and reliability. - Contribute to a high-performing delivery culture. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Background in computer science, engineering, or mathematics with over 7 years of software engineering experience. - Strong knowledge of technology, algorithms, data structures, and programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Java, React.js, SQL). - Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD pipeline integration. - Personable, approachable, and able to work independently with strong ownership. - Skilled in detective work, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. - Effective communication skills for written and verbal exchanges. - Experience in the Payments Industry and/or PCI/DSS is an asset. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year. - Remote work option (#LI-Remote). - Commitment to an inclusive and accessible environment. - Equal opportunity employer. - Accommodations for recruitment/interview process available upon request.
