Senior Technical Support Specialist

**Overview:** - Role within Payment & Product Operations department. - Key focus on customer care, security risk, and financial reviews. - Contributes to smooth financial processes and company success. - Supports MRR Campaign, Partner Support, and Customer Retention. - Acts as the face of Versapay, building trust and rapport. - Solves problems, troubleshoots transactions, and drives progress. - Enables others by collaborating with various teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle customer issues related to security risk and financial reviews. - Support MRR Campaign, Partner Support, and Customer Retention. - Build rapport and trust with customers. - Diagnose and resolve funding/payment problems. - Troubleshoot Versapay products and transactions. - Follow up on cases to prevent financial impact. - Collaborate with teams to provide expertise and content. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant services or credit card processing. - Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting, SQL, payment processing, ERP systems, billing, AR/AP, backend processor systems, Salesforce, and gateways. - Experience in financial services, payments, or the retail/merchant industry. - Customer obsession, customer-facing skills, follow through, agility, curiosity, collaboration, and tech savvy. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Jira, gateways, third-party processor reporting sites, and APIs. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year. - Remote work option (#LI-Remote). - Company values: Excellence, inclusivity, and equal opportunity employment. - Accommodations for recruitment/interview process available upon request.
