Overview: - Versapay's Accounts Receivable Efficiency Suite automates invoicing, facilitates B2B payments, and streamlines cash application with AI. - Integrates with top ERPs and supports self-serve payment portal. - Owned by Great Hill Partners, with offices in Atlanta and Miami, and a global customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership to the finance function, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. - Oversee OKR structure in partnership with CFO and Head of Transformation. - Convert financial trends into opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. - Upgrade financial models and collaborate with various departments for forecasting accuracy. - Execute and optimize revenue-driving initiatives. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and investors. - Prepare financial presentations for senior management and Board of Directors. - Participate in merger and acquisition activities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 15+ years of finance and financial operations experience, preferably in Payments/B2B SaaS/FinTech. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. - Strong analytical background with financial modeling and strategic planning experience. - Dynamic leadership with clear communication and effective KPIs. - Proven track record in implementing financial systems and processes. - Strong strategic background and agility for organizational transformation. - Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders. - Commitment to compliance with financial regulations.
