VP, Finance

**Overview:** - Versapay's Accounts Receivable Efficiency Suite automates invoicing, facilitates B2B payments, and streamlines cash application with AI. - Integrates with top ERPs and supports self-serve payment portal. - Owned by Great Hill Partners, with offices in Atlanta and Miami, serving 10,000 customers and 5M+ companies. - Facilitates 110M+ transactions and $170B+ in payments volume annually. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance function. - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, strategic long-range planning, and financial reporting. - Monitor and report on OKR structure in partnership with CFO and Head of Transformation. - Convert financial trends into opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. - Upgrade financial models and work with Data, Analytics, Go-To-Market, and Operations teams. - Execute and optimize revenue-driving initiatives, including speed to revenue cycle, churn optimization, and pricing. - Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives. - Implement improvements to financial systems and processes, identify AI enhancements. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and investors. - Prepare financial presentations for senior management, investors, and Board of Directors. - Participate in merger and acquisition activities as required. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 15+ years of experience in finance and financial operations, preferably in Payments/B2B SaaS/FinTech. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred. - Strong analytical background with proficiency in financial modeling and strategic planning. - Dynamic leader with clear communication and effective KPIs. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives. - Experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations. - Proven track record of implementing financial systems and processes. - Continuous improvement mindset and agility for organizational transformation. - Strong strategic background and understanding of driving business growth. - Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders. - Commitment to compliance with financial regulations and standards. **Compensation & Benefits:** - $170,000 - $190,000 a year. - #LI-Remote work option. - Equal opportunity employer. - Accommodations for the recruitment/interview process available upon request.
