Chief Infrastructure Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and prioritize IT strategy through collaboration with various stakeholders, applying industry knowledge and best practices. - Create short-, medium-, and long-term IT strategies and plans to support business success. - Identify IT initiatives and solutions that enhance productivity and competitive advantages. - Identify IT risks and challenges in both short-term and long-term perspectives. - Implement IT structure management for investment and initiative control. - Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards in collaboration with compliance and information security services. - Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, best practices, and standards. - Recruit, train, and mentor IT personnel to build a competent and motivated team. - Define expectations, standards, metrics, and career development opportunities for team members. - Coordinate daily operations of the IT department. - Ensure high engagement levels among team members. - Manage IT budget and expenses for cost-effective service provision. - Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. - Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. - Provide IT consulting services to internal and external partners. - Support the development and provision of products and services that drive company growth. - Manage external IT services, including customer service, to meet business needs. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management at a senior level. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering team development. - Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Expertise in managing large IT projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation analysis. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, AI, and data analytics. - Strong writing and communication skills for collaboration with partners at all levels. - Proficiency in English.
