Design Director, Brand Design

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in design leadership with a diverse portfolio. - Strong understanding of Wealthsimple’s brand and visual identity. - Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of designers. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into design solutions. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. - Deep understanding of design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in the financial services or tech industries is a plus. - Passion for staying on top of design trends and innovation.
