Localization Project Manager

Overview: - Manage localization projects for product launches, marketing campaigns, CRM, emails, and web content. - Oversee localization and QA workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. - Work with external language vendors to monitor SLA performance and translation quality. - Create, track, and report on project budgets. - Maintain localization schedules and manage concurrent tasks. - Adhere to localization standards, systems, and best practices. - Drive issue resolution and address contingencies. - Facilitate communication within localization team and cross-functional teams. - Test tools and technologies for team's strategic goals. - Work with team members and stakeholders across various locations and time zones. - Maintain clear program status reporting. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3-4 years experience in project management, preferably in multi-language programs. - Experience using Jira is required. - Experience with Smartling and localization QA is a plus. - Experience working with remote team members. - Excellent track record in delivering global products and understanding of localization challenges. - Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of more languages is a plus. - Experience in language quality management. - Deep understanding of company values. - Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and flexible approach. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. - Experience in a fast-paced environment with rapid learning ability.
