Sales Caller with Construction Industry Background (Remote - For Pooling)

Overview: - Sales Caller role for Wing, focusing on the construction industry. - Remote position with US work hours (20-40 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the construction industry. - Generate and qualify leads for follow-up. - Present services tailored to construction businesses. - Maintain detailed records in CRM software. - Handle objections and address client concerns. - Meet and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams. - Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs. - Perform other sales-related tasks as required. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - High school graduate or certificate course. - Minimum 1 year of sales experience with proven track record. - Excellent English communication skills (C1 level). - Familiarity with construction industry sales. - Tech savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP, MS Office, and Google Calendar. - Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented. - Able to work on a graveyard shift. - USB Headset with Noise Cancellation, working Webcam, computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, at least 25 Mbps cable connection, and 10 Mbps backup internet service.
