Subsidy Coordinator (Remote)

Overview: - Subsidy Coordinator role within WinnCompanies' Corporate Compliance team. - Responsible for Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) requests and TRACS files. - Collaborates with Operations and Contract Administrators. - Remote-eligible role with application deadline on 4/14/25. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely submission and processing of HAP requests and TRACS files. - Post subsidy funds upon notification from Accounting. - Investigate TRACS errors and assist with training on TRACS and Rent software. - Monitor TRACS compliance and collaborate on improvement strategies. - Assist with Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) compliance. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED. - 1-3 years of related work experience. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Demonstrated organizational and record-keeping skills. - Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Preferred: Associate’s degree, COS and/or CPO certifications, experience in affordable housing management. - Knowledge of OneSite software system.
