Community Manager & Marketing Administrator

Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily customer interactions on social media and email. - Monitor and report on customer engagement. - Work with Brand Engagement Lead and Brand Marketing Manager for a best-in-class customer journey. - Provide individual and tailored solutions to customer concerns. - Assist with daily marketing operations, including content translation and agency coordination. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Report monthly and weekly on customer feedback and defective stock issues. - Support the customer service team to maintain ZURU standards. - Perform other ad hoc tasks as required. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience as a community manager or similar customer service role. - Ability to learn and use customer service tools like brandwatch and CMS. - Excellent verbal and writing communication skills. - Familiarity with social media management and marketing. - Ability to use Microsoft Office programs. - Fluency in English and German, French is a plus. - Right to work in Germany.
