Account Executive - Mid-Market

Key Responsibilities: - Master product demos and pitches. - Engage with the global team through virtual meetings. - Become an expert in Learning & Development market trends. - Drive revenue generation and meet sales quotas. - Contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform. - Tackle complex, multi-thread deals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS as an Account Executive or Pre-sales Role. - Experience selling HR tech solutions preferred. - Growth mindset and life-long learning attitude. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Enthusiasm for the Convexity Culture.
