Overview: - Seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the UK team at 360Learning. - Role involves generating opportunities from high priority, high potential accounts. - Responsible for creating business opportunities through inbound leads qualification. - Utilize Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects. - Build a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and pitching products. - Collaborate with various departments for onboarding and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: - Generate opportunities from top priority accounts. - Create business opportunities for UK Account Executives. - Qualify inbound leads and pitch products. - Detect customer pain points and understand context. - Evangelize collaborative learning and present the 360Learning value proposition. - Ramp up on tool stack and prioritize leads pipeline. - Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads. - Contribute as a subject-matter expert and participate in team onboarding. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - At least 12 months of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment. - Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound. - Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Active listening skills and adaptability. - Fluency in English (level B2 or equivalent). - Enthusiasm for 360Learning culture.
