Head of Professional Services, North America

**Overview:** - Professional Services (PS) team's role in onboarding new customers and delivering services. - Implementation of 360Learning in client ecosystems. - Coaching and managing a team of consultants across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. - Responsible for additional services during customer lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Sales in presenting PS offerings and creating quotes. - Engage with customer executive sponsors to ensure long-term relationships. - Manage a team of consultants working remotely across the country. - Handle 40-60 onboarding projects at a time across North America. - Create engagement models for customer onboarding. - Partner with Sales team on customer calls and scope effort for onboarding. - Manage consultant team performance, goal setting, and hiring. - Improve pricing and packaging to meet client needs. - Implement partner enablement for Large Enterprise customer implementations. - Deploy and manage Professional Services tool. - Adapt communication style to audience technicality. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum of 8 years of professional services experience. - At least 3 years as a practice manager. - Previous deployment experience, especially in SaaS products related to HR. - Experience in leading delivery teams and monitoring KPIs. - Understanding of APIs, SSO, data migration, and troubleshooting. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Solution-oriented, client-first mindset. - Ability to adapt communication style. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Pay structure includes base salary, variable incentive pay, and company equity. - Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance. - RRSP matching starting from day 1. - Generous parental leave. - Professional development opportunities. - Unlimited annual PTO and 5 days for sick leave. - Holidays following the Ontario calendar. - Remote-first organization with flexible work hours. - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. - Corporate Social Responsibility charter. - Convexity Culture framework. **Who We Are:** - 360Learning enables companies to upskill from within. - Founded in 2013, with $240 million raised and 400+ team members. - Committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. - 360Learning powers the future of work at 1,700 organizations.
