Self-Serve Manager

Overview: - Seeking Head of Self-Service Business (Team Plan) to scale the business line and implement a product-led growth strategy. - The role involves operational tasks, customer service, product demos, and strategic planning. - Reports directly to the Director of Operations within a large, international team.
