Self-Serve Manager

Overview: - Seeking Head of Self-Service Business (Team Plan) to scale the business line and implement a product-led growth strategy. - Responsible for operational topics, customer requests, product demos, and strategic planning. - Reports to the Director of Operations within a large, international team. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive onboarding including product and tool training. - Developing the business autonomously, reporting on performance, and coaching Self-Serve Specialists. - Leading projects to increase conversion rates and client retention. - Identifying strategic projects, building roadmaps, and sharing best practices. - Becoming an internal expert on Product Led Growth topics. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2-3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a customer-facing role, with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Analytical skills, structured thinking, and project management abilities. - Familiarity with sales & marketing funnel reporting and industry KPIs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Native French proficiency and very good English proficiency. - Experience with software/platform demos and Salesforce, Salesloft, Trello.
