Customer Success Manager - Cisco

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support large strategic customers as a trusted advisor for Cisco Whole Portfolio Agreements. - Ensure alignment with strategic customers and account teams, establish core values. - Lead project management, collaborate with Ahead teams, and accelerate license adoption. - Drive adoption and consumption of Cisco solutions, optimize value, and manage licensing structures. - Design custom reports, measure business impact, and navigate Cisco's dedicated CX Tools. - Identify renewal requirements, communicate new opportunities, and handle escalations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Direct experience managing Cisco Whole Portfolio Agreements. - 2-4 years of Cisco Customer Success Management experience. - Preferred: Cisco Customer Success Manager certification, Cisco Customer Experience Blackbelt. - Strong change management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
