Platform Success Manager, ServiceNow

Overview: - AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - Focuses on digital transformation and creating a culture of belonging and diversity. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee a client book within Accelerate Services offerings. - Define ServiceNow strategy and guide delivery teams to meet business outcomes. - Establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals. - Serve as primary contact for client concerns and escalation. - Facilitate client kickoff and onboarding processes. - Articulate business cases and problem statements to technical teams. - Engage in staffing and recruiting for delivery team resources. - Monitor KPIs for team productivity and client profitability. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform. - Participate in industry and marketing events. - Build relationships with AHEAD team members and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in platform deployments and support. - At least 3+ years of experience leading teams. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations. - Previous experience as a ServiceNow platform owner is advantageous. - Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
