Senior Endpoint Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM for device management. - Lead implementation and configuration of Intune and SCCM/MECM. - Develop policies, procedures, and documentation for deployments. - Troubleshoot environments and stay updated with technology trends. - Conduct training sessions on Intune and SCCM/MECM. - Manage Windows upgrade processes. - Communicate technical support effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Extensive experience with Device management Platforms. - Team leadership and execution skills. - Proven experience as an Architect with Microsoft Intune and SCCM. - In-depth knowledge of Intune, SCCM/MECM, and related technologies. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, scripting languages, and virtual desktop infrastructure. - Preferred experience with Workspace one, Manage engine, Jamf, Tanium, and Microsoft Azure/Entra.
