Business Development Manager (Mexico)

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in Mexico. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and partners. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth strategy. - Conduct market research and analyze data to develop effective sales strategies. - Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage multiple projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product and service delivery. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in the electronic security industry or a similar field. - Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems). - Proven track record in the sales process (identifying opportunities, developing proposals, closing deals). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at an executive level. - Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and develop solutions. - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security (cloud-based solutions, IoT, AI-based analytics).
