Key Responsibilities: - Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to key clients. - Prepare action plans and schedules for sales targets and opportunities. - Operate as the lead contact for sales matters between the company and customers. - Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs. - Prepare and execute sales training presentations. - Manage account services and follow up on sales leads and referrals. - Develop a trusted advisor relationship. - Coordinate company personnel involvement to meet account performance objectives. - Participate in marketing events. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2+ years of sales experience with security companies in Romania. - Great business sense and result-oriented mentality. - Ability to function in a semi-autonomous environment. - Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors. - Technical competence with security products. - Strong sales and technical presentation skills. - Ability to persuade and influence others. - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields. - Professional appearance and positive company image. - Possession of a valid driver’s license for travel requirements.
