Overview: - Ajax Systems is an international technology company and Europe’s largest developer and manufacturer of security systems with smart home features. - Products form an ecosystem of over 70 devices, protecting premises from burglary, detecting fire, preventing water leaks, and controlling home appliances. - The company has production facilities in Ukraine and Turkey, and R&D offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Vinnytsia. - Ajax products protect over 2 million users in 169 countries and have received numerous awards for reliability, ease of use, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage CRM leads, analysis, and follow-up. - Manage partner program results, analysis, and follow-up. - Promote and follow up on distributor and Ajax events. - Qualify and track leads, and follow up with participants. - Provide post-sale client follow-up, resolve issues, and secure repeat business and referrals. - Develop an incentive program for KA based on sales growth plans. - Make outbound calls to potential customers. - Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads. - Build and maintain customer relationships, understand needs, and provide solutions. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Provide regular updates to management on performance and progress. - Manage and maintain a database of all sales data. - Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-up. - Prepare proposals and sales-related materials. - Coordinate sales events demonstrations and presentations. - Continuously improve sales techniques, processes, and efficiency. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. - Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. - Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems/requests. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating documents, spreadsheets, and email communication. - Familiarity with CRM softwares to manage customer interactions, track leads, and generate reports. - Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
