Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company goals. - Lead local teams to exceed sales targets and ensure market share growth. - Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams. - Establish and report on performance metrics; correct deficiencies. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Country Manager or Sales Director in the electronics security industry. - Strong network in the security industry on the MENA market. - Strong understanding of industry, market dynamics, and client needs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. - Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness and ability to travel. - Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results. - Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen. - Well-presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.
