Manager, Finance (Remote)

Overview: - Recruiting for a Manager of Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) - Responsible for managing revenue and practice share forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Collaborates with various departments and analyzes financial impact - Flexible work location, remote work possible Key Responsibilities: - Lead forecasting process for revenue and practice share - Correspond with internal departments and external teams - Oversee long-range planning for revenue and practice share projections - Consolidate inputs and integrate data into forecasting models - Prepare and present forecasting reports to leadership - Evaluate and compare forecasts to actual performance - Analyze financial statement impact of internal and external factors - Support strategic financial initiatives through analysis - Provide actionable insights to leadership Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - 7+ years progressive working experience in FP&A - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google's suite of products - Experience presenting financial forecasts - Strong analytical abilities - Preferred knowledge in value-based care sector - Experience collaborating with multiple teams - Advanced proficiency with financial statement review and analysis - Excellent time management and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, sabbatical, educational assistance, and 401(K) match - Stock options - Commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment - Privacy Policy adherence Physical Requirements: - Sitting for prolonged periods of time - Extensive use of computers and keyboard - Occasional walking and lifting may be required
