Executive Assistant to New Business Sales Leaders

Overview: - Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to integrate with the New Business Sales Leadership Team at Attentive. - Role involves supporting four New Business Sales Leaders, managing their calendars, and assisting with various tasks. - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, successful company at a high level. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and own the calendars of four New Business Sales Leaders. - Support on complex or confidential matters, including arranging travel plans and note-taking during meetings. - Organize sales team events and manage event budgets. - Assist in prioritizing daily tasks and building relationships with executives. - Prepare and submit personal expenses, track event budgets, and manage action items. - Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to shifting priorities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support in a high growth startup environment. - Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and trusted judgment. - Strong follow-up skills, ability to track to-do lists, and handle competing priorities. - Strong writing skills with consistent attention to detail. - Ability to remain organized, proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure. - Value teamwork, resourcefulness, and efficiency.
