Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Overview: - Seeking a skilled Customer Marketing Manager for a dynamic marketing team at Emburse, a leader in travel and expense solutions. - Role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive business value and results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop cross-sell campaign strategies aligned with company goals and customer success objectives. - Identify target customer segments for cross-sell opportunities based on data analysis. - Design and develop programs across key digital channels (Mutiny, Drift, Marketo, Goldcast). - Execute multi-channel campaigns to promote complementary products or services. - Oversee content creation and coordinate with creative teams for brand consistency. - Set campaign goals, KPIs, and benchmarks for performance measurement. - Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success/Sales teams for tailored campaign messages. - Test and iterate campaigns by segment to optimize effectiveness. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3-6 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environment. - Strong experience in full-funnel and multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Proficiency in data tracking for campaign effectiveness and ROI optimization. - Experience with Drift, Mutiny, Goldcast, and Marketo. - Mindset geared towards continuous improvement and campaign process optimization. - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and resolve ambiguity. - Passion for engaging with sales and customer teams for cross-functional campaigns. - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
