Business Development Representative

Overview: - Seeking sales talent for the North American team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at Everbridge. - BDRs are crucial for generating sales opportunities, outreach activities, and converting marketing leads into sales deals. Key Responsibilities: - Generate 1-3 business sales opportunities weekly. - Complete over 65 outreach activities daily. - Develop 'Why Everbridge, Why Now' messaging for prospect interactions. - Source prospective clients using LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SFDC. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities. - Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Previous Sales or Sales Internship Experience. - Highly coachable, optimistic, humble, authentic, and competitive. - Must have a growth-mindset. - Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly, with a willingness to ask for help when needed. - Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
