Proposal Manager

Overview: - Proposal Management team within Everbridge's Sales Engineering team. - Manages and delivers proposals for new and existing clients. - Key member supporting a growing global sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Build sales proposals and manage RFI/RFP responses. - Maintain an RFP response database with high-quality responses. - Liaise with Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams. - Provide administrative support to the sales team using Salesforce.com. - Respond to RFIs/RFPs and other deliverables to support the sales process. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience with proposal submissions/bid documents. - 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations (preferred). - Prior experience with technology or SaaS Software company. - Understanding of internet-hosted applications, high-availability architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking. - Experience interfacing with business and technical teams. - High productivity in a fast-paced, team environment. - Strong communication skills, detail orientation, organization, and success-driven mindset. - Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and persuasive confidence. - High energy level, strong time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of Salesforce.com application preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields.
