Overview: - Seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive for Everbridge's SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions in the UK. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales for the Everbridge CEM Platform. - Expand customer base and drive platform adoption across industries. - Develop understanding of target buyers, industry trends, and competitor products. - Engage stakeholders within organizations to drive sales. - Utilize consultative, solution-selling approach. - Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Teams. - Exceed sales targets and forecast business opportunities using Salesforce. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 10+ years of sales experience in SaaS or hosted software, preferably in commercial accounts. - Proven experience selling into large commercial accounts. - Expertise in selling solutions related to Major Incident Management, Cyber Security Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, or Customer Support Operations. - Strong multi-channel prospecting skills. - Experience in consultative/sales-driven methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, Solution Selling). - Strong ability to map solutions and create customized solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. - Familiarity with Salesforce and sales forecasting tools.
