Senior Product Manager - Public Sector, SLG

Overview: - Senior Product Manager role for Everbridge's Public Sector portfolio, focusing on Critical Event Management Platform and Public Sector offerings. - Responsible for shaping product vision, strategy, and roadmap for State and Local Government. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CEM in Public Sector. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. - Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights for product decisions. - Develop requirements and user stories translating customer needs into development tasks. - Ensure product compliance with government regulations. - Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for effective go-to-market strategies. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA is a plus. - 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS and Public Sector. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with Critical Event Management solutions and Public Notification solutions. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Passion for technology and interest in emerging trends in critical event management.
