Sr Account Executive - Enterprise (North Pacific & Central)

**Overview:** - Remote position across WA, OR, MT, ID, ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL - Ambitious, self-starting Account Executive role at Everbridge - Focus on selling into Fortune 1000 accounts and complex buying cycles - Drives strategy, opens new markets, and shapes organizational risk response **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the full sales cycle: pipeline generation to close - Generate new opportunities through outbound engagement - Engage C-suite stakeholders in Security, Business Continuity, Operations, and Compliance - Execute consultative sales using MEDDPICC methodology - Manage deals typically $60K+ in ACV - Collaborate with BDRs, Solution Consultants, and internal stakeholders - Strategically target named accounts in North Pacific & Central region **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 4+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience - Successful track record in Fortune 1000 or large commercial accounts - Strong outbound sales skills and pipeline building - Ability to build consensus across decision-makers - Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodology - Passion for growth, coachable mindset, and feedback readiness - Salesforce experience and willingness to travel up to 20% **Compensation & Benefits:** - Estimated salary: $105,000 - $135,000 with variable compensation - Comprehensive benefits: healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health, disability income, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements - Fair Chance Statement compliant with US & Canada laws - Background checks may affect access to sensitive information, management of assets, security-sensitive environments, and compliance-specific roles. - Everbridge is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
