Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute ABM programs aligned with sales goals. - Conduct account research and planning. - Orchestrate marketing across channels like email, website, and personalized advertising. - Define buyer personas and craft tailored messages. - Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales for integrated account activation. - Partner with content teams for campaign customization. - Monitor KPIs for ABM programs and ensure continuous improvement. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in ABM/Field Marketing in a B2B environment. - Proven track record in managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns. - Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and marketing communication strategies. - Excellent project management skills. - Strong team player with relationship-building capabilities.
