Overview: - Federato aims to provide efficient and equitable insurance coverage. - Utilizes AI/ML-driven platform for risk optimization. - Focuses on 'RiskOps' solution for better underwriting decisions. - Targets a diverse client profile from Tier 1 Carriers to start-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Report directly to CRO and join the Go-To-Market team. - Own a territory, managing prospecting, opportunity development, and deal closure. - Collaborate with various departments and the executive team on sales strategy. - Establish and navigate C-Suite relationships. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3-10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience. - Successful prospecting and closing of new clients. - Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and sales enablement tools. - Knowledge of Machine Learning and its positioning with clients. - Experience in high growth stage software companies. - P&C or Specialty Insurance industry experience is a plus.
