Senior Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Customer Success Manager to build strategic relationships with insurance carriers and MGAs. - Collaborate with design, engineering, and executive teams on CS strategy. - Own the post-sales experience, including onboarding, implementation, renewals, and strategic account management. - Act as a trusted advisor, working cross-functionally to meet customer needs. - Use data to understand customer business needs and identify revenue growth opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance, with a preference for underwriting, operations, product, process, or systems. - Experience in customer success, service, or client-facing roles. - Strong consultative approach, communication, and relationship management skills. - Accountability, personal organization, project management, and agile methodology knowledge. - Leadership and training experience with diverse groups. - Strong business acumen, executive presence, and technology savviness. - Degree in business, risk management, communications, or marketing is helpful.
