Account Executive, Compliance

Overview: - FloQast Account Executive, Compliance joins the direct sales team. - Focus on selling Compliance Management into new and existing customer accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate relationships with executives to close business deals. - Drive the sales cycle with coordination of product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract processes. - Network to maintain a robust new business pipeline. - Improve knowledge of competitive landscape and customer needs. - Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers. - Coordinate post-sale launch calls for new clients. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management for performance communication. - Provide input on competitive activity and future product direction. - Document and test compliance management solutions. - Co-sell with Account Executives. - Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet company goals. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years software sales experience or equivalent role. - Minimum 3+ years working in the Risk/Compliance space. - Expertise in Risk/Compliance management platforms and processes. - Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment. - Competitive, ambitious, and driven with a self-starter attitude. - Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions. - Team leader with a collaborative orientation. - Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills. - Proficient with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Zoom). Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay: $110,000 - $130,000. - Commission plan in addition to base pay. - Competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, Unlimited Vacation, and Employee Stock Program. - FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings. - Acknowledgment that pay within the range is contingent upon meeting qualifications and role completion. - Position is remote (#LI-Remote).
