Overview: - FloQast seeks an Account Executive to join the direct sales team and help obtain new clients for its Accounting Transformation Platform. - The role supports the company's mission to streamline and modernize daily accounting tasks, enhancing efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals. - Drive the sales cycle through product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract process. - Maintain a robust new business pipeline with regular prospect follow-up and nurturing. - Improve knowledge of competitive landscape, product value, and customer needs. - Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers via outbound efforts. - Coordinate post-sale launch calls and ensure smooth handoff from pre to post sales. - Work closely with the BDR team for communication and cohesiveness. - Provide input and feedback on competitive activity and future product direction. - Collaborate with strategic external partners for client implementations. - Work effectively in a team environment and travel as required within assigned territory. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in a sales closing role within a SaaS environment. - Previous experience in accounting/audit or a related field is preferred. - Experience selling SaaS into the office of the CFO. - Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment. - Competitive, ambitious, and driven with a self-starter attitude. - Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions. - Team leader with a collaborative orientation. - Organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc. Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay between $90,000-$100,000 with a commission plan. - FloQast offers a competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Unlimited Vacation. - FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings. - FloQast is committed to operating fair and unbiased recruitment procedures.
