Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts

Overview: - FloQast Enterprise Account Executive role in direct sales team. - Focus on selling Accounting Workflow Automation solution to enterprise-level accounts. - Requires motivation, success-driven, and team-oriented. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate relationships with executives for new business deals. - Drive sales cycle with product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract processes. - Network to maintain a robust business pipeline. - Improve knowledge of competitive landscape and product value. - Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers. - Coordinate post-sale launch calls for new clients. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management for team performance. - Provide input on competitive activity and product direction. - Understand client challenges and FloQast solutions. - Work in a team environment and travel within assigned territory. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years software sales experience. - Preferred experience selling into the office of the CFO. - Comfortable in high-velocity sales environment. - Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company). - Team leader with collaborative orientation. - Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills. - Proficient with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo). Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay: $100,000 - $120,000. - Commission plan in addition to base pay. - Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, family forming benefits, life & disability insurance, unlimited vacation, and employee stock program. - FloQast reserves the right to amend pay ranges and benefits offerings. - Compensation contingent upon meeting role qualifications and successful interview process.
